Similar to my VHelper, but this is web based viewer only and has fewer functionalities, but the bright side is only a browser is needed, you can do it using Firefox on Linux or Safari on Mac etc..

HTML 5 web technology has matured over the years, the user can build/edit network in the browser and debug/test simulation as well, once it's done, they can upload it to the cloud or server farm for production runs..
Another benefit is shared viewing and editing once in the cloud...
